🚀 Website Relaunch for IFIDZ – Institute for Leadership Culture in the Digital Age

Fresh look, clear structure, and modern user experience – this is how IFIDZ presents itself after our comprehensive redesign. Together with founder and management expert Barbara Liebermeister, we at splendid learning have rethought the website of the renowned institute from the ground up – technically, visually, and structurally.

From Content to Concept: How Theory Works Digitally

IFIDZ stands for well-founded expertise in leadership in the digital age. The content – from studies and trend barometers to books and coaching offers – is in-depth, diverse, and of high intellectual quality. Our challenge: to present this content in a way that it appears serious, modern, and inspiring at the same time.

Based on the previously developed E-Academy area, which we had already implemented with Framer, we have newly set up the complete web design for the following categories with corresponding subpages:

• Homepage

• About Us

• Research

• Offer

• Events

• Publications (Books, Studies, Trends)

• Blog

• Contact

It was important to us that the content remains in focus but is presented with more lightness and design flair. Less text desert, more experience.

Technical Features: Stripe & Structural Change

In addition to the design and content redesign, a focus was placed on technical implementation. Two aspects were particularly challenging:

1. The integration of Stripe as a payment provider for the E-Academy to process bookings directly and securely through the website – an important step towards automation and user comfort.

2. The complete restructuring of the website, without losing valuable content or compromising its relevance. Many texts, studies, and materials have been reorganized, clearly structured, and visually embedded – without losing depth.

From WordPress/Joomla to Framer – More Flexibility & Aesthetics

Technically, we have made the switch from WordPress and Joomla to Framer – our preferred tool for modern, visually strong web design. With Framer, we were able to:

• create flexible layouts,

• integrate interactive modules,

• structure content intuitively, and

• realize a strong user experience.

We are particularly proud of the new E-Academy, where users can book seminars and courses directly – clearly, transparently, and attractively.

Collaborative Design: Inspiring Cooperation with Barbara Liebermeister

Working with Barbara Liebermeister was not only professional but also inspiring. Her clear vision and high standards for content significantly influenced our design. The new presence of IFIDZ is the result of a partnership that is truly collaborative.

The project was completed last week – and we are already looking forward to the first reactions from the IFIDZ network. A before/after view will soon be available on our social media channels.
