StePs Stewardship Professionals e.V. is a non-profit organization with the goal of establishing an international training standard in the area of Corporate Governance and Investor Stewardship in the market. Based on the StePs Certified Stewardship Professionals (CSP©) accreditation, StePs offers a blended learning training program on Corporate Governance and Investor Stewardship.

Requirement

Development of a hybrid study program for companies focusing on Corporate Governance and Investor Stewardship as well as the implementation of all necessary online services and portals.

Procedure

As part of a series of workshops with StePs Stewardshop Professionals e.V., requirements regarding branding, the necessary technical infrastructure, and the specifications for the hybrid training program (Blended Learning) were defined.

Website, booking portal, and study portal were implemented. At the same time, a communication concept was developed, and the lecture contents of the study program were adapted to the Blended Learning concept based on contributions from international speakers and implemented with suitable design.

In addition to the technical implementation, we support the external communication of the StePs CSP Program with online publications.

StePs now has a CI-compliant website with a booking portal as well as a learning management environment where the produced e-learnings are integrated.
