About the Client

The Azip Academy is a young, owner-managed company that offers further education and training in the healthcare sector and is dynamically developing its offering to meet future challenges. The blended learning concept used combines the theoretical foundation of e-learning modules with space for reflection and transfer in the classroom. Our design and implementation of e-learning modules and the portal are geared towards autonomous and motivated learning.

Requirement

The aim of this collaboration is to continuously develop new modules that encourage participants to learn in a sustainable way. A varied design and clear structure are intended to make the complex content easily accessible. These are made available on a dedicated portal, where individual courses are compiled and operated for each course. In view of the certification, learning progress must be made comprehensible.

Process

The content to be implemented is selected in close cooperation with the customer and created with regard to the specified certification curricula. We are in regular contact during the design and multimedia production process. After the quality check, the modules are made available in the portal and supplemented with functions for checking learning progress. The new courses that are launched on an ongoing basis are continuously updated by us.

Result

The e-learning modules produced cover a wide range of topics relating to professionalization, anatomy and pathology and are used in various curricula. They are available to participants on the portal, tailored to the needs of the respective course and structured for flexible learning. This project has also resulted in a fruitful collaboration: the range of e-learning modules continues to grow and is regularly updated in line with changing requirements.
