Amtshelden is a specialized company that offers tailor-made solutions and services for authorities and public offices. With a deep understanding of the specific requirements of the public sector, Amtshelden supports authorities in conveying modern topics in a practical and accessible way. A particular focus is on the digital continuing education of employees in the public service.

Requirement

Amtshelden needed a complete e-learning solution centered on the topic of artificial intelligence—specifically tailored to public authorities and their employees. What was required was a structured course based on existing content and videos, as well as a dedicated platform where the authorities could complete the course independently. In addition, ongoing operations were to be supported through support services and user management.

Procedure

Based on the provided content and videos, we designed and built the “AI Driver’s License” as a complete e-learning course—structured into 7 consecutive modules and completed with an official certificate. In parallel, we set up a dedicated Moodle platform for Amtshelden, specifically tailored to the requirements of public authorities. Since the launch, we have been supporting Amtshelden with support services as well as the onboarding and upload of new users.

Amtshelden now has a professional e-learning platform with a certified AI course that specifically prepares public authority employees for the requirements of digital transformation. The "AI Driver’s License" enables public offices to train their employees in a structured and practical way in the use of artificial intelligence – simple, scalable, and certified.
