IMPACT FESTIVAL is Europe’s largest B2B event for sustainable innovation and annually brings together over 4,000 visitors, 200+ solution providers, and 130+ investors. The event connects impact and GreenTech start-ups, established companies, and capital providers to drive sustainable economic transformation. With over 150 speakers on 5 stages, a 7,500 m² exhibition area, and renowned partners such as PwC, IMPACT FESTIVAL creates a platform for networking, innovation, and knowledge transfer in the sustainability sector.

Requirement

The IMPACT FESTIVAL needed a modern, high-performance website that reflects the energy and dynamism of the event. The platform was intended to present a broad range of content—from the program and speaker lineup to exhibitor information and networking opportunities. It was essential that the website be optimized for both desktop and mobile and offer an intuitive user experience. In addition, the integration of ticketing, event app downloads, and multilingual content (German/English) had to function seamlessly.

Procedure

The website was implemented in Framer to ensure maximum design freedom and performance. In the first step, we developed a design concept that consistently conveys the visual identity of IMPACT FESTIVAL—modern, inspiring, and sustainable. Large-format images, dynamic animations, and a clear information architecture create an immersive user experience. The navigation was structured so that visitors can quickly reach the core content (program, exhibition, networking, tickets). Special focus was placed on mobile optimization, as many users access the website on the go. External integrations such as ticketing systems, calendar tools, and app download links were implemented seamlessly.
